Return & Exchange Policy

At Glitze, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrect.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, perfumes, or chemicals

  • Sale/clearance items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or video showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply unless the error is on our end).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Price differences (if any) must be settled before dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Glitze reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
